CE Compliance Assessment
CarbonFutureX Modernité CdTe photovoltaic modules have been assessed for applicability under the relevant EU CE-marking legislation.
The assessment reviews the applicable EU regulatory requirements and supporting TÜV Rheinland certification evidence for the covered photovoltaic module configurations. The assessment identifies the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (LVD) as the applicable CE-marking legislation for the assessed passive CdTe PV modules, together with the required technical documentation, traceability and EU Declaration of Conformity.
